Started to read Dan Brown’s new book, “The Lost Symbol” today. It talks about an intriguing concept called Noetic Science .
I have previously heard of a concept that states that anything the human mind can dream of or imagine exists somewhere in the universe. The concept of Noetic science takes this further and states that the we can actually affect the natural world around us with our minds. Essentially we can imagine things into existence. This is potentially wonderful or horrific news, depending on your point of view.
Consider the mind of HR Giger for example. Not only do his alien creatures exists somewhere in the universe but they may not have existed before he imagined them.
How this affects the field of Leadership specifically I do not yet know but I think it’s going to be a hell of a ride.
From a christian Perspective, I believe in miracles, and Jesus Himself says that by faith we can do all things… The question is what is faith?
Miracles happen, and are not more than the mass of each and every one of our thoughts combined together…
